Reasonably large rooms with a coffee machine, comfortable beds, perfect stay! Coffee and tea for breakfast for what the options were. Marvellous and fab location, just walking distance from everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping area and a market across the street.

We loved the experience. The reception staff was incredibly friendly, offered us information about the city, made recommendations about where to eat, what to visit... We liked the room very much, it was very comfortable and very quiet (no noise from the other rooms). As for the cleanliness, everything was impeccable. They left us some Mozart chocolates typical of the city in the room, as well as coffee from Nespresso, I thought it was a very nice detail. The breakfast is very complete: pastries, different types of bread, various sausages, fruit (cut and whole), cereals, yoghurts, juices, nuts, pickles ... It is more than enough to start the day well! The location is excellent, you don't need to take transport for practically anything (only for the palace of Sisi, which is quite far from the centre), you can get there by walking.
As a possible point of improvement, it would be good to have a toaster available so that the bread can be toasted a little.

Really good central location, quirky art decor, easy access to public transport
Room key cards failing frequently is downright frustrating!!! Upgrading the old bathroom fixtures and improving ventilation would significantly enhance comfort!!! Noise from street disruptions marred my experience. A more reliable hot water supply would also be appreciated!!!

Location of the hotel is very convenient. hotel is next to St. Stephen's Square. On one side is a quiet street, on the other is the center. It is very convenient to walk to all the sights. Hoffburg at 10 min., Vienna Opera at 15 min. leisurely pace. Morning breakfast is not rich, not bad, few hot dishes. There was a lack of oatmeal. Room is clean... pleasant atmosphere at breakfast. Room clean, daily cleaning. Mattress on the bed as at home. windows of my room overlook the courtyard, so peace and quiet... Only the smell of tasty buns came out the window in the morning. noise insulation is excellent. In rainy weather, an umbrella is offered... staff is terrific! attitude to the guests is very cordial. I would come again, no doubt, to this hotel. I would recommend it to my friends.
For me, my room lacked a daily bottle of water (or a water cooler on the floor) and a shoe blade. That could have been added... No shampoo or air conditioning, just a container of shower gel. It's a very modest breakfast buffet... Internet speed is low.

The three of us had a family vacation. Beautiful location of the hotel. Clean room. Separate area for child and separate area for adults. Separate bathroom, additional sink in the toilet. Excellent plumbing, shower cabin with different versions of the shower, in tch with massage. The water is hot with good pressure. The fridge is like a mini-bar. There is no kettle, but there is a capsule coffee maker, capsules complement daily. There's tea in the bags, too. Accommodated on the 8th floor in 83 rooms, beautiful view from the balcony (you can sunbathe there). . Breakfast from 7 to 11 o'clock.
Breakfast is for the amateur. Around 9 a.m. the main people are flocking and there aren't enough tables... An omelette can be brought if you ask for it. There's no other hot food at breakfast. Coffee isn't good But there's milk, you can dilute it.

Easy to find, brilliant location near Stephansplatz and Hofburg, kettle in a room, excellent breakfast, especially I want to mention the breakfast hostess (on 04 October 2015), she was very friendly and welcoming

great location but room for improvement
The breakfast selection impressed us, especially the variety of cold cuts and hot dishes. The lobby staff helped us with all our inquiries.
The room needs a thorough update to match the rest of the hotel amenities.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. It's on a side street just a 2 min walk away from the cathedral, yet was very quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful!

Wonderful hotel! I especially want to note its location. The hotel is next to St. Stephen's Square, in an alley. So there's no discomfort from the noise. The staff is very kind, allowed to leave luggage before arrival and on the day of departure. Breakfast is beautifully arranged. They will come to you and ask you what kind of coffee you want, an omelette or fried eggs, with or without bacon. Tender cakes, croissants, raisin buns with berry filling. Coffee in coffee pots and milk in milkshakes, Vienna. I met you again. You're as graceful as ever. And a beautiful hotel helps to feel your spirit and soul. I hope to meet you again!

I loved the relaxing atmosphere by the beautiful garden and the chance to unwind at the cozy lounge. Just a minor hiccup with some early morning noise from truck activities outside, but overall, a lovely trip 😊

The hotel is located in the heart of Vienna, but on a quiet street, so no noise from the street did not disturb our sleep. The hotel has an excellent location - just a few minutes walk from the hotel is St. Stephen's Cathedral, also very close to the Hofburg, Vienna Opera, City Hall. Shopping streets with numerous restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. Getting from the airport is not a problem either - the CAT train and further 10 minutes on foot to the hotel. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful in autumn, the rooms are clean, noise isolation is excellent - the presence of neighbors was expressed only in the fact that sometimes met them at the elevator. The room was spacious enough, the toilet separated from the bathroom, which is not often met in hotels. I also liked that the room was very warm (our trip was in January). If we are still in Vienna, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Everything was fine.

The location of the hotel in autumn is convenient: on one side of the hotel is a quiet street and on the other side of the center is very convenient to walk to all sights. All transport to Schoenburg and the Prater Park has been required. Delicious coffee, red fish, delicious bread, cheeses, sausages, fruit - morning breakfast is great. The room was cleaned every day and very clean. Not always put body lotion, but you can always ask for it. Vienna is a special imperial city, very beautiful, so the trip was a pleasure. And if we add two visits to the Vienna Opera and a daily delicious ice cream (ours I refused to eat for a long time), then the vacation was 10 points :))).

Big size and immaculately clean hotel, location was perfect just next door to the center of the old town near St Stephen's Cathedral, Albertina Palace and the square with all the beautiful stores and cafes. The a car park was on site, exceptional service.
The hotel staff was very unfriendly.

I liked everything: from the prompt and positive reply to my lactose-free product request before arriving, to the warm welcome (thank you, Mr Florian!), to the swift provision of slippers when I asked for them, to the little 'wafer-gift' nicely provided at the check-out.
NA: all was just perfect!
